Abstract
This series has been tracking my First Amendment Law course. An upcoming assignment for the class is the preparation of the Student Position Statements on Current First Amendment Conflicts. This presentation briefly describes the educational and professional purposes of the assignment. See also Student Position Statements on Current Constitutional Conflicts: Teaching Con Law Applications, while Remote, and Encouraging Respectful Engagement, Institute for Law Teaching and Learning, Law Teaching Blog (Oct. 29, 2020), http://lawteaching.org/2020/10/29/student-position-statements/ This YouTube Channel is designed to provide my students supplemental instruction, as I teach them remotely. I want them to "take a soak" in the law and not a quick shower. This Channel is also designed to provide learning to the broader community. Learning can lead to enlightenment, and enlightenment to justice...or, at least, to a taste of justice.
